Studio Chéri offers two types of offerings: Services: design and marketing services provided directly to clients Shop: artwork, handmade objects, and curated vintage items available for purchase These Terms apply to both the Services and the Shop unless otherwise noted.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase or enter into a services agreement with us. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Shop: Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We currently sell and ship only within the continental United States. Payment is processed through Squarespace Payments and, where available, buy now, pay later providers such as Klarna and Afterpay. Those providers have their own terms and eligibility requirements, which apply in addition to ours. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or item unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund for that order. Because many items are handmade, vintage, or one of a kind, product photos are meant to be a close representation but slight variations in color, texture, or finish should be expected.
4. Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout and may vary by item. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Some items, such as vintage pieces marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.
6. Services: Design and Marketing Work
Services are provided based on the scope, timeline, and fees agreed to with each client, typically outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, or contract. Where a separate services agreement conflicts with these Terms, the services agreement controls for that engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits for services are non-refundable once work has begun. Final files, designs, or deliverables remain our property until payment in full has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the applicable agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, images, text, and designs created by Studio Chéri, is owned by Studio Chéri and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
8. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to: Violate any applicable law or regulation Interfere with the security or functionality of the Site Use the Site to transmit harmful or fraudulent content Attempt to resell products purchased from the Shop without our written consent
9. Third Party Services
The Site may use or link to third party services, including but not limited to Squarespace, payment and buy now pay later providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of these third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Chéri and Olivia Green will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your purchase of any product, or your engagement of any service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site, a product, or a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product or service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Chéri and Olivia Green from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
